Social events
West London Sharks are a very keen socialising club and we hope that you enjoy your time with us and the socials we put on. This year, we are working hard to incorporate ourselves into the Grasshoppers fold and to really become a part of the Club, rather than an outside. Some of the events/socials outlined below are joint Grasshoppers rugby union and netball and West London Sharks socials and I would like you all to make a really effort to attend and promote the club.

Club Rules
Club rules adopted by the Management Committee (MC) of West London Sharks RLFC now state that the following are deemed unacceptable and will be punishable with fines:
01. Arriving after specified meet times (for both home and away games)
02. Not travelling with the team (when using public transport / coaches)
03. Anyone caught sleeping whilst on the premises of a sponsor
04. Upsetting a sponsor of the club
05. Damage to club assets (i.e. the playing shirt you are wearing gets ripped)
06. Public Display of Affection (PDA’s)
07. Non attendance at club functions
08. A mandatory Shark’s cocktail on the weekend nearest your birthday
09. If someone starts the Sharks sign, the last person to do it will have to finish their drink
10. Any other act deemed so by the MC
Please note:
• punishment for these acts will be determined by the management committee or their nominated representative(s).
• new rules can be will be introduced at points during the season – be aware!
• members of the management committee are exempt from any fines

Official events
West London Sharks v South London Storm
Saturday 28th June – Club Social. All teams playing at home so the theme will be fancy dress – anything beginning with W, L or S. Attendance is compulsory, no excuses.
Middlesex 7's day at Twickenham
Saturday 16th August - All Grasshoppers, Sharks and Netballers are invited to a day of 7's rugby in the sunshine. The club will supply a van full of beer and food. A great "bonding" session for all to get together. Cost £10 each.
